Our CrossFit Kids program is a developmentally appropriate program that incorporates a wide range of functional movement patterns and basic components of performance with little, if any added resistance.
Your child will pull, push,run, throw, climb, lift and jump.Our CrossFit Kids program is designed to promote physical development and basic athleticism within a safe and exciting environment.The goal is for each child to improve overall athleticism, coordination, posture, body awareness, self-confidence and much more, without being turned off to physical activity and sport!For the most part no two workouts will be the same, keeping kids and teens engaged in novelty of each workout.
