We have incorporated our CrossFit Kids program together with our No Risk Sports Performance program. This program is a unique and developmentally appropriate program that incorporates a wide range of functional movement patterns and basic components of performance.
Your child will enhance their coordination, body weight strength, quickness, flexibility, posture, body awareness and self confidence, by running, jumping, hopping, lunging, squatting, etc. Our kids program is designed to promote physical development and basic athleticism within a safe and exciting environment.The goal is for each child to make improvements in overall athleticism without being turned off to physical activity and sport! Our classes and coaches will keep kids engaged throughout each workout.
We have a program for ages 7-11 and another program for ages 12-18.
