STEP 1: Free Intro to CrossFit Class
Once you’ve decided you want to get into the best shape of your life and be a part of a community of like-minded people, it’s time to book a Intro to CrossFit.
Do it alone or bring a friend along to your 60-minute free intro session that explains the CrossFit methodology and assesses your current level of fitness, and gives you a guided personalized class experience.
STEP 2: One on One Training
Unless you have prior CrossFit experience, all new members will do four one on one training sessions with a coach as well as meet with a nutrition coach. At No Risk, you are our first priority! To ensure that you have the best class experience possible, we start all new members with one on one training. We use the Level Method at No Risk in our initial session. You will be coached on the movements we use in class, and you will be assessed to show you and your coaches where you are in fitness. You will get an initial ranking, the simplest way is to think of martial arts – white to black belt. It gives you the knowledge, and your coaches the tools, to help you achieve your goals faster than ever before. We believe relationships with the people around you are going to enrich your life, and the relationship with your coaches is no exception! You will also get a InBody Scan as well as an individualized eating plan based on your goals, so you have a comprehensive view of your health and fitness when you start with us.
STEP 3: Group Coaching
Once you’ve completed your one on one sessions, you are free to begin group classes. During group classes, you’ll push yourself and sweat it out with people just like you. You will use your level from your one on ones as your guide so that you have a roadmap to guide you in the tangible, achievable and incremental goals in your path to the next level!
A coach, or coaches will always be present at every class to review movements points of performance and ensure you are moving efficiently, effectively, and of course safely in line with your level!
