STEP 1: Free Intro to CrossFit Class

Once you’ve decided you want to get into the best shape of your life and be a part of a community of like-minded people, it’s time to book a Intro to CrossFit.

Do it alone or bring a friend along to your 60-minute free intro session that explains the CrossFit methodology and evaluates your current level of fitness, and gives you a guided personalized class experience.

STEP 2: Personal Training

Your are our first priority at No Risk, and to ensure that you are confident with the movements we use in class, and so we can assess and address your individual needs, deficiencies, weaknesses and injuries, you will start off by completing a three individualized training sessions where you will be coached by one of the coaches at No Risk CrossFit. We believe relationships with the people around you are going to enrich your life, and the relationship with your coaches is no exception!

STEP 3: Group Coaching

Once you’ve completed your One on One sessions, you are free to begin group classes.  During group classes, you’ll push yourself and sweat it out with people just like you.  You may find yourself competing with yourself (and others, if you choose) for rounds, time, points, glory, emotional satisfaction and personal growth. 

A coach, or coaches will always be present at every class to review movements points of performance and ensure you are moving efficiently, effectively, and of course safely.
