Growing up I was always heavily involved in sports such as softball, field hockey, lacrosse, and ice hockey. I am currently still playing ice hockey in the South Shore Woman’s Hockey League . In 2014 I began strength training and that’s when my love for health and fitness began. I’ve spent years in management developing associates and fellow leaders within a corporate setting. I have decided to take that experience and combine both my passion for leadership and fitness to help others improve their overall quality of life.
