Years doing crossfit and brief synopsis: I was introduced to Crossfit in 2009 while overseas. My first workout was a combo of Filthy Fifty and Fight Gone Bad, “Filthy fifty gone bad”. Crossfit was my first introduction to barbell movements such as the deadlift, power cleans, and squats. Up until that point y training consisted primarily of running and calisthenics with your weekly bench press.. Crossfit was also gave me my first platform to coach and I am forever grateful for it.

Something special about you: I once walked the Grand Prix Course in Monaco and ended up getting lost and got back to where I was supposed to be by asking for instructions in Italian. That’s something I’m pretty proud of considering it’s a French speaking country.
Why do you like coaching: I love seeing the transformation an athlete makes mentally and physically after they’ve spent some time training. Initially Crossfit can be overwhelming but in time seeing the athlete make progress is the most rewarding aspect of coaching.
