No! Our exercise programs are for everyone and anyone.

Every movement or workout is done to your ability level.  All we ask of you is to be dedicated and work hard so that you can make improvements and Achieve A Better You

What should I wear/bring?

A water bottle with your name on it, a flat sneaker is optimal, and comfortable athletic clothing (headband, leg warmers, and wrist band are optional)

What if I cannot do a movement?

Every movement has several options that can be done to progress you to a higher skill movement.

How many days a week should I workout?

There is no correct answer to this.  What it comes down to is you need to listen to your body.  If your body is telling you it needs a day off, than take a rest day.  It is not recommended to come 6 days in a row.  Rest days are more important than actual work days, as all progress actually occurs when your body is not in the gym, and much occurs when it rests.  If you do not consistently get 8 hours of sleep a night, eat a lot of processed foods and have high levels of stress, you will  get more benefit from more rest days.
