We regularly train the major lifts: Squat, Power Clean, Deadlift, Presses (Both Overhead and Bench), clean and jerk snatch. We give equal focus to mastering the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. We combine biking, running, rowing into workouts to maximize benefits. We vary the time domains of the work being done to properly train all energy systems and enhance results.
While No Risk CrossFit focuses on Adult group training, we also offer team and individual sports specific training, a generalized kids fitness classes, yoga, and a strength focused class for seniors.
